Swarail App is an all-in-one Super App developed by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems) — the technology arm of Indian Railways — and operated by IRCTC. Launched in early 2025, the app was created to eliminate the need for multiple apps by offering a unified platform for all key railway services, making the travel experience seamless and more efficient for passengers.

1. Search for “Swarail” on the Apple App Store and download/install the app on your iPhone.
2. Open the app. If you already have an IRCTC account, tap on “Login.” If not, choose “Sign Up.”
3. Enter your mobile number and verify it using the OTP (One-Time Password).
4. Set a Username and Password for your Swarail account.
5. For a faster and more secure login, enable Face ID or Touch ID (optional).
6. On the home screen, tap on “Book Tickets” and select either Reserved or Unreserved ticket options.
7. Enter your source, destination, travel date, and class (AC, Sleeper, General).
